Liebe Clubs und Einzelaussteller, 

die EME Evolution in den Emslandhallen Lingen wird am 20. und 21. März 2027 stattfinden. Wir müssen alle bitten, die an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen möchten, das Anmeldeformular vollständig auszufüllen. Die Standbuchung kann ab dem 03.04.2026 erfolgen. Wir können Buchungen können nur so lange annehmen, so lange freie Tischflächen zur Verfügung stehen.

Dear clubs and individual exhibitors, 

the EME Evolution in the Emslandhallen Lingen will take place on 20 and 21 March 2027. We must ask all those wishing to participate in the event to complete the registration form in full. Stand bookings can be done from 03. April 2026. We can only accept bookings as long as free table space is available.

Wichtige Info für die Anmeldung von Clubs und Einzelausstellern! Für Händlerstände gelten abweichende Bedingungen!

Clubs und Einzelaussteller können sich jetzt über dieses Formular für die EME Evolution 2027 anmelden. 

Bitte füllt das folgende Formular vollständig aus!

Clubs und Einzelaussteller geben bitte an, wieviel Tische sie benötigen.

Dabei darf die Zahl der Tische nicht die Zahl der Aussteller überschreiten. Beispiel: (8 Aussteller eines Clubs können maximal 8 Tische buchen). 

Selbstverständlich ist es möglich, auch weniger Tische zu reservieren. Wir bitten ausdrücklich darum, sehr sorgfältig die geforderte Tischanzahl zu bedenken. Beispiel: (6 Aussteller eines Clubs können auch 4 Tische buchen). Wir müssen unbedingt vermeiden, dass  durch nicht ausreichend gefüllte Tische die Gesamttischmenge unnötig aufgebläht wird.

Einzelaussteller können somit im Regelfall einen Tisch und einen Stuhl buchen

Die Anzahl der gewünschten Tische bis zur maximalen Tischmenge ist in folgendem Formular anzugeben. 

Tischkontigente sind nicht an andere Ausstellergruppen übertragbar!

Die Ausstellergebühr je Aussteller beträgt 25,- Euro Brutto.

In der Ausstellergebühr sind enthalten:

• Freier Zugang zur Euro Model Expo vom Aufbautag 19. März 2027 bis zum Abbauende am 21. März 2027. 
• Ein Tisch pro Person maximal (Maße der Tische 2,20 Meter mal 0,6 Meter) 
• Ein Stuhl 

Die Rechnung verschicken wir zwischen dem 2. und 16. Januar 2027. Wir bitten euch, das Geld innerhalb einer Woche auf das in der Rechnung angegebene Konto zu überweisen. Stornierungen können nach dem Zahlungseingang nicht rückvergütet werden.

Clubs and individual exhibitors can now register for EME Evolution 2027 using this form.

Clubs and individual exhibitors should please state how many tables they require.

The number of tables must not exceed the number of exhibitors. Example: (8 exhibitors from a club can book a maximum of 8 tables).

Of course, it is also possible to reserve fewer tables. We expressly ask you to consider the required number of tables very carefully. Example: (6 exhibitors from a club can also book 4 tables). We must at all costs avoid the total number of tables being unnecessarily inflated by tables that are not fully occupied.

Individual exhibitors can therefore usually book one table and one chair

The number of tables required, up to the maximum number of tables, must be specified in the following form.

Table quotas are not transferable to other groups of exhibitors!

The exhibitor fee per exhibitor is €25 gross.

The exhibitor fee includes:

• Free access to the Euro Model Expo from the set-up day on 19 March 2027 until the end of dismantling on 21 March 2027.
• A maximum of one table per person (table dimensions: 2.20 metres by 0.6 metres)
• One chair

We will send the invoice between 2 and 16 January 2027. Please transfer the payment to the account specified on the invoice within one week. Cancellations cannot be refunded once payment has been received.
