🕙 Wie sind die Öffnungszeiten der Euro Model Expo 2027?

Die Ausstellung findet in den Emslandhallen statt und ist zu folgenden Zeiten für Besucher geöffnet:

Samstag, 20. März 2027
🕙 10:00 – 18:00 Uhr

Sonntag, 21. März 2027
🕙 10:00 – 16:00 Uhr

Der Einlass erfolgt jeweils über den Haupteingang der Halle.

Ja!
Die Euro Model Expo 2027 bietet selbstverständlich wieder einen Modellbauwettbewerb für alle, die ihre Arbeiten präsentieren und bewerten lassen möchten.

📝 Wo und wann kann ich mich für den Wettbewerb anmelden?

Die Anmeldung erfolgt online hier auf dem Menüpunkt Contest/Wettbewerb 2027 ab:

🗓️ 08. Februar bis 17. März 2027, 23:59 Uhr

💶 Wird eine Startgebühr für den Wettbewerb erhoben?

Nein.
✅ Es gibt grundsätzlich keine Anmelde- oder Startgebühren.

🥇 Wann findet die Preisverleihung statt?

Die feierliche Preisverleihung findet statt am:

🛠️ Wann beginnt der Standaufbau?

Der Aufbau der Stände ist zu folgenden Zeiten möglich:

Freitag, 19. März 2027: 16:00 – 20:00 Uhr
Samstag, 20. März 2027: 08:00 – 09:45 Uhr
Sonntag, 21. März 2027: 09:00 – 09:45 Uhr
(nur bei Umdekorierungen oder Nachlieferungen)

📦 Wann findet der Standabbau statt?

Der Standabbau erfolgt:

🗓️ Sonntag, 21. März 2027
🕓 16:00 – 20:00 Uhr

⚠️ Wichtig:

Der Abbau beginnt nicht vor 16:00 Uhr.
Modelle dürfen erst ab 15:30 Uhr von den Wettbewerbstischen entfernt werden.

📶 Gibt es WLAN / WiFi in den Emslandhallen?

Ja!
In den Emslandhallen steht WLAN/WiFi zur Verfügung.
Die Zugangsdaten und Hinweise werden an den Messetagen bekannt gegeben. Weitere Informationen folgen rechtzeitig.

🚬 Gibt es einen Raucherbereich auf der EME 2027?

Ja.
Es gibt einen ausgewiesenen Raucherbereich auf der bekannten Außenterrasse, die bereits in den vergangenen Jahren genutzt wurde.
Der Bereich ist selbstverständlich ausgeschildert.

♿ Gibt es Behindertentoiletten auf der EME 2027?

Ja.
Behindertengerechte Toiletten sind vorhanden und klar ausgeschildert.

The exhibition takes place at the Emslandhallen and is open to visitors at the following times:

Yes!
Euro Model Expo 2027 will of course once again feature a modeling competition for everyone who wants to showcase and have their work judged.

No.

The official award ceremony takes place on:

Booth setup is possible at the following times:

(for redecorating or additional deliveries only)

📦 When does booth teardown take place?
Teardown takes place on:

🗓️ Sunday, March 21, 2027
🕓 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

⚠️ Important:

Teardown will not start before 4:00 PM.

Models may only be removed from the competition tables starting at 3:30 PM.

📶 Is there WiFi at the Emslandhallen?
Yes!
WiFi is available at the venue.
Access details and instructions will be provided during the event days. More information will follow in due time.

🚬 Is there a smoking area at EME 2027?
Yes.
There is a designated smoking area on the well-known outdoor terrace that has been used in previous years.
The area is clearly marked.

♿ Are there accessible restrooms at EME 2027?
Yes.
Accessible restrooms are available and clearly signposted.
